Returns Policy 

 

Your statutory rights are not affected by our Returns Policy. To the extent that any provision in our Returns Policy conflicts with your statutory rights, your statutory rights will prevail and the particular offending provision in our Returns Policy will be deemed inapplicable.

 

Returns (refunds and exchanges) 

 

We don't offer refunds on non-faulty items, however you can exchange or credit your purchase within 30 days of purchasing by returning your items to 4/32 Boothby Street, Kedron 4031 and sending our team an email with your information , invoice number and your choice.

We have a matte free guarantee which covers the cuticle correct manufacturing of the hair. This guarantee covers your hair up to 30 days.

We don't offer refunds on Sale stock . 

Please note , our tape hair extensions over time, or on very rare occasions will lose their adhesive strength whilst in stock . We recommend re taping before application as we do not class tape adhesive as a hair extension fault, however we will happily send replacement tape tabs.

Custom ordered hair including toppers and specific lengths are not eligable for a refund due to our manufacturing policies overseas. Unless the item is faulty or not what you have outlined in your order they cannot be returned.

To be eligible for an exchange, goods must be returned in a re-saleable condition. That means your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must be in the original packaging and returned with any accessories, labels and “free gifts” or bonus items. 

 

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and for the customer to cover the cost of returning the hair and the additional cost of sending new hair out via the post.

 

Sale items  

We do not offer refunds for sale items, unless they are faulty.  

 

Exchange (if applicable) 

We only replace items if they are defective ,damaged or the wrong colour .  If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please send us an email at info@jaynehairextensionco.com and post your item to: 4/32 Boothby St Kedron 4031.

 

Masterclasses / Courses

 

All of our interstate or one on one / team classes require a deposit upon booking. This deposit is non-refundable , although the date can be changed within one weeks notice of the date set.

 

Shipping

 

To return your product, please mail your product to: 4 32-38 Boothby St , Kedron 4031 Brisbane, Queensland with your details and reason for returning. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the item is faulty. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.  Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.  

 We will ALWAYS do our best to give 100% customer satisfaction and help where we can with any issues that may arise.

Please not that we take no responsibility for missing items on TRACKABLE postage via Australia post or any other courier , once the item has left our hands. This is an issue with Aus Post and other couriers.

Damaged items in transit , misplaced items or any other concerns must be dealt with through auspost/other and compensation claimed through the courier company.
